Rates
We offer package plans that will fit any budget. Below is a rate chart stating the prices and the number of tables needed to accommodate the number of people attending your function. The rate chart merely gives you a reasonable idea of wht you can have for your event. It gives you a variety of games, which we feel is important for a successful party. Variety keeps peoples interest up throughout the the evening by giving them alternatives. You may mix the number of gaming tables up any way you wish in order to best fit your needs. The Live MOUSE RACES are not included in the package plans, and are an additional charge.
Please call for a quote if you need tables only, or just a few dealers to handle the more difficult games.
Delivery:
Our package plans DO include a delivery fee. This fee includes delivery, set-up, breakdown, and loading and returning equipment. For parties outside the greater Kansas City area, an additional fee will be added and will be based on round trip mileage, and gas.
Deposit:
A $100.00 deposit is usually required from first time clients within five 5 days of signing a contract. The deposit is 100% refundable if the party is canceled. The balance due is payable IN FULL the night of the event. Deposits are not cashed or deposited until after the event is over.
All Package plans are for 2 hours.
For additional time, we charge $10 per half hour for each dealer. There is no additional charge for equipment.
